Home Designs: Creating with Creativity

Creating a 3D scene does not mean everything must be modeled in 3D just to make it more realistic and life-like.

Breathing life to an image is just as simple as to be more creative and sensitive, in the sense that you integrate what we actually see in the real world, to your work.

Here is a modeling scene of a rest house in max.I simply, construct the house,texture it and render with no any other 3d plants or objects around to save render times and runs.

Use any photo editing software to merge the final rendered image to a background image and do some tweekling.

New to my main blog site is a hyper-linked blogger site called Virtual Photography. This site is dedicated to photography but not the real thing, that is, every thing here is 3d images of objects, scenery and familiar things captured through virtual lenses. More of this will be showcased later this month. Hope you visit it.

3DRealism in Architecture

Presenting a hand drawn perspective image to your client is history in the age of digital imaging.

It is not that the traditional conservative way of presenting a hand drawn image of your proposed project to your prospect is long gone, it is still in use today, but the way the trend goes and the need of the clients have evolved considerably. And the advantage along the lines between the hand drawn and the 3d virtual images is almost too far to compare. The most obvious edge of virtual images to the client, is the fact that they need a credible and real visual reference to the project. To accomplish this need and proven to be vital, one must provide not just a 3d image composed of boxes and primitives , but with an image of the real thing as if it was already been built. These kind of visualization is termed as photo-realistic 3d image or a life-like picture in layman's term. These images provides ample of data with reference to lighting solution, material finishes, additional design solutions, color schemes, structural and space design analysis.
It integrates real world scenarios of what we see and observe, and employs photography to achieve a realistic feel, somewhat you are being transported into the images as if you are a part of it, inside of it. Because clients cannot perceive what the designer conceptualized they tend to find visual guide in order to relate. Armed with this technology, two main objectives were met, first the client is provided with enough visual reference they need to better understand the whole concept and second both the designer and the client could then converged on a common ground prompting the project to take off.
Clicking the image above, you'll see some familiar elements seen in real life setting. The ceiling is treated with acoustic ceiling panels with additional layout of sprinkler systems, closed circuit cameras, smoke detectors and all other thing we install on a typical office setting. This little elemens help much on visualizing the entire space involved. This interior perspective suggests it was photographed.
Understanding the importance of giving your prospects quality photo realistic images makes a huge impact on your ability to convey your concept designs and ideas clearly to any client.

My3dworks goes organic.

My3dworks goes hyper this 2010.Considering this is my first blog for this hopeful year, year of the tiger that is,I'll be featuring 3dimages from clean architecture to photo realistic cityscape scenery of my home country, to the realm of organic characters and to the land of imagination and fantasy. And also not to mention, some of my projects for 2010 will be featured too as well.

For me, this is a journey beyond my wildest dreams, stepping up to the world showing what a bacolodnon could do and achieve, without someone else on his back, only with pure heart, guts , love and passion to work with as a driving force to learn and survive. This is to tell the world that even as remote as the Philippines particularly in here Bacolod City, 3d visualizers or 3d artists as what we are called, we thrive to exist and stand to remain. We believe and I believe that, us here, still had a future in this fields of endeavor.
